Join us on Saturday 23 November, as members of the Catholic Church of St Mark’s set up the Christmas Tree Lot for our upcoming annual Christmas Tree Sales Fundraiser.

Pat Savarese is supervising the set up.  He and a few other volunteers will move the trailer in to position on Friday, 22 November.  If enough volunteers come Friday, the group will also move and preposition the tree racks for setup the next day

Beginning at 8:00 AM on Saturday 23 November, we’ll begin the set up process.  We’ll move the rack from their storage location if they’ve not already been pulled and moved to the lot.  Teams will split up and assemble the lot with racks being placed around the lots perimeter, and two separate rows of racks going up the middle of the lot.  We’ll string and test all the lights.

The tree sign and lights will set up the following Friday, 29 November 2019, when the trees are delivered and sales begin.
