The Officers Installation Ceremony and Reception is open to all members and guests.

Setup begins at 2:30 in the Great Hall.

Practice for the installation ceremony will occur at 3:30 pm, with the actual ceremony starting at 4pm.

Immediately following the installation, the council is hosting a reception in the Great Hall for all members and guests.

The reception will conclude at 7pm, with clean-up of the Great Hall running until approximately 8 pm.
